The stormwater drain drainage system consists of roof area downpipe catchments, surface water grates, all connected to series of suspended drains or below ground pipes that transport water from the roof and grounds of your property to the councils designated streets curb or barrel drain asset system.

SEWER

The sewer drain system removes all unwanted human waste and grey water waste from your property.

These items discharge from your toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and other property fixtures.

Again, this is all connected via a series of suspended drains or below ground property drainage pipes that transport the waste from the fixtures in your house to the council’s city’s sewage asset system.

It is to be noted that sewage and storm water systems are not combined and are separate services from your property that discharge to separate council services.
